Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at Support@InfiniteLuvTea.com within 15 days of purchase.

Returns

Our return policy lasts exactly 30 days. Once 30 days has passed, we can not provide a refund.

In order to use your right to return the goods, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

A receipt must be provided as proof of purchase. 

Please, don’t contact or return your purchase back to the manufacture.

There are cases when we grant only partial refunds for opened items.

Any item returned 30 or more days after delivery, damaged items, items with missing parts not due to our error or items that is not in its original condition will not be accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It’s our goal to make sure that each of our customers are 100% satisfied. However, due to the nature of our product, we’re unable to accept returns on our tea blends. Returns are accepted on unused tea ware and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds 

Once we received and inspected your return, we will inform you via email that your returned item is received. Additionally, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

In approval cases, refunds will be processed immediately. You should get the credit on your credit card or other method of payment within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds

Please be sure to check your bank institution again. 

Second, contact your credit card issuer, it may take a certain period of time before the refund is officially posted. 

Third, Contact your bank, they may have processing times before your refund becomes available. 

Sales Items

Sale items cannot be refunded, we provide refund for regular priced items.

Gifts

In case the item was marked as a gift in the moment when it was purchased and shipped to you, you will receive a gift card with the same value of your return. When we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate via email.  

It is your responsibility to pay for your shipping costs when returning items. Shipping cost are non- refundable in any case. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be taken off from the refund.

In case you are shipping an item worth more than $50, it is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
